We are recruiting a finance and admin worker

We are looking for a new member for our team to come and work in our office.

Responsibilities are:

Key responsibilities

  • Inputting and processing all accounting transactions into Sage, including receipts and payments, sales and purchase invoices, expenses, accruals and prepayments;
  • Monthly reconciliations, including Bank Statements
  • Preparing and posting journals; and preparing for year end procedures.
  • Raising invoices and chasing any debtors
  • Managing and completing general office admin to include mail outs, phone calls and maintaining records
  • Maintaining and updating excel budget spreadsheets
