Dance & Musical Theatre

On Thursday mornings we run a musical theatre dance group.  This is a fun, upbeat and lively session that focuses attention on physical wellbeing, coordination and teamwork.  Our workshops are fully inclusive no matter what your physical ability currently is. 


On Thursday afternoons we focus on mental health and wellbeing.  We do exercises that relax the body and focus the mind on feeling positive about ourselves and others around us. 

We encourage empathy, confidence and empowerment in a supportive and caring environment.
