We currently have two spaces available on our Dance and Mindfulness workshops on Thursdays. In the morning we run a musical theatre dance group. This is a fun, upbeat, lively session that focuses attention on physical wellbeing, coordination, performance and teamwork.
Our workshops are fully inclusive no matter what your physical ability currently is.
On Thursday afternoons we focus on mental health and wellbeing. We do exercises to relax the body and focus the mind on feeling positive about ourselves and others around us.
